In Ede, in the woody center of Holland, a very special company is located: Johannus Orgelbouw, the well-known manufacturer of classical home and church organs.

It is not a coincidence that one of the world's greatest builders of electronic church organs is to be found in The Netherlands; organ building and Dutch history are closely interwoven.

In the last few years Johannus Orgelbouw has developed into a international company whose organs are being exported to over 80 countries. This has been achieved with the help of our team of 50 highly skilled people.

2009 is an important year for Johannus. The fact that Johannus has been around for 35 years is certainly cause for celebration. We are proud of this milestone, for over the years we have succeeded in growing into one of the largest organ producers in the world. To keep up with this challenge we have even decided to have new premises built this year. This will enable our company to keep expanding to meet the increasing demand for our products.

Our church organ consultant, Tyler Anderson, is passionate about his work. He began organ lessons at age 15 and continued organ studies through college, earning a specialized degree in organ performance and business administration from Utah State University. During his studies he completed courses in church music and acoustics as well as studies in organ building, design, and voicing.
